How do I return an item?
Our goal is for you to buy from us with confidence. If you make a purchase not listed below and you are not completely satisfied with it, we will gladly issue a refund provided you process your return request here via yppdoere within 7 days of purchase Contact us @vertlet.com to receive your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization. Therefore, if you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us for return instructions and a return address. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization has been obtained, please follow the instructions provided.

We recommend that all returns be sent by trackable courier. Always keep the return tracking number associated with the package you are returning to ensure it is returned to our warehouse. Flamingo is not responsible for any package with a return label not provided by us, or shipped to any location not provided by us.

Items that cannot be returned are listed below:

Swimwear (bikinis, swim trunks, monokini, swimwear, one-piece swimsuits, Tankini) and underwear (anything created/designed/manufactured to touch or cover your "private parts" with nudity, including panties, boxer briefs, briefs, Underwear (bras and undergarments), stockings/pantyhose, teddy bears/onesies/doll dresses/rompers, etc. cannot be returned. These purchases are final.

b) Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with a packing slip;

*If any items are used or missing, no refunds will be issued.

c) All original labels, stickers, packaging, accessories and decorations of the product must be intact; (including clear plastic with the barcode on the product);

d) *If an item is used but not all parts/contents are included or the item was not in the original packaging, no refund will be given.

e) We need a tracking number to verify your return.

f) If you need to change to a different size with the same style and price, please check if the new size and color is available. (Please let us know the size or color - write in the notes section and slide the packing slip into your return package). If no exchange item is available, the item will be automatically refunded.

**Returns take a minimum of 15 business days to process.

To return an item, please contact sunsheup@dhpxg.com and quote your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible with detailed instructions in the order received. Please note that we are not responsible for your return shipping costs.

How to cancel my order?
You can contact sunsheup@dhpxg.com during our business hours to cancel your order before your package is dispatched.

Our hours of operation are 9:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Once your package has shipped/leaved our warehouse, it is marked as "Completed" and sent to you automatically, there is no way to cancel the order or make any changes. We cannot cancel or refund orders placed "in transit".

I cancel my order. How will I receive my refund?
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically credited to your account. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear completely from your statement and you will not see the chargeback in your account, if this happens you can call bank for verification.

Please note that even if the card is no longer used, refunds will be made directly to the account used for payment to prevent fraudulent activity. We will not change this setting under any circumstances.

If you are paying with a card that is about to expire or has been stolen/lost, please advise accordingly. Once a refund has been issued to a Visa/MasterCard Gift Card, if you no longer own the card, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Refunds do not include shipping charges for packages that were delivered, returned to an incorrect address, or returned as undeliverable to the shipping address, which are non-refundable.

1. If you include any type of discount coupon at checkout for a promotion, you will not receive the promotional price/special offer/offer as they will not be valid.

2. The purchase cost of promotional items is $0.00 which is the final price.
